    Aerotron offers a complete turn key solution to operators and MRO’s on a pooling and cost per flight hour basis covering a range of aircraft types.

    Our packages are tailored to suit the customers individual requirements, so whether you are looking for support on a ATA Chapter or the complete aircraft we have the capability and inventory levels to support either.

  • Base Kits / Consignment Stocks

    Opening a new base location or looking to place an aircraft out on lease then Aerotron can assist you.

    We can offer you an additional base kit / consignment stock to support your operation whether on a long or short term basis, large or small consignment, Aerotron offers competitive rates by utilising its extensive inventory.

  • Maintenance Check Pre-Loads

    We appreciate that when the maintenance season approaches it can be a difficult and challenging time for customers.

    Scheduling aircraft on back to back checks, limited rotable assets and delayed turnaround times from component repair facilities and now with more customers looking at reducing their cost of ownership, investment into additional inventory is a thing of the past.

    With our MCP programme it allows Aerotron to assist you with your rotable pre-load requirements, just tell us what you need and when and where you need it and leave the rest to us. We will ensure that the components will be delivered to your maintenance provider prior to the aircraft arrival ensuring work can proceed without delay.

  • Repair Management MRO

    A dedicated and experienced team has been forged through the growth of Aerotron’s day-to-day repair activities specialising in the repair management and vendor management of our customers rotable components.

    Utilising economies of scale this team has negotiated preferential pricing, guaranteed turnaround times with both key OEM’s and independent repair agencies whilst still maintaining quality and component reliability.

    Our established customers take advantage of a single point of contact for their component repairs plus a reduction in costs with the reassurance of a extensive exchange inventory should any delay in TRT be experienced.

  • Military Asset Availability Programme®

    The Military Asset Availability Programme® makes available components and spares to predetermined service levels.

    The Programme is managed by our team of aviation support professionals using our in house supply chain management system. Aerotron has made and continues to make significant investments in acquiring military components to underpin the MAAP® service. MAAP® is provided in close partnership with military prime contractors and enhances their respective supply chain support performance to their customers.

  • Distribution

    As an AOG service provider Aerotron has been recognised by a number of OEM’s and independent repair agencies as a strategic partner who can be relied upon to support their own customers AOG requirements.

    By positioning inventory at our American, Asian and LGW facilities it enables us to coordinate and fulfil their customer demands utilising our professional and efficient AOG support team and global logistics network whilst minimising their operational costs.
